Delivery Information

Collections are welcome from my workshop in Kirkintilloch, Glasgow. If you are local to Glasgow, delivery can be arranged for a small fee - please get in touch to arrange this.
I also offer nationwide delivery to mainland UK using a trusted courier. Delivery will usually take between 1-3 weeks from purchase and will be delivered using a one man delivery service to a ground floor location. Therefore help will be required to unload on delivery.
If you require a 2 man service then please let me know and I will get an accurate quote.
An approximate price for this service is £85 for a one man delivery service ( depending on location and the size of the piece), but this will be confirmed once I have your delivery address.
Items will be fully blanket and underlay wrapped to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. Please ensure the furniture is unwrapped whilst the courier is present in order to check for any damage and report it to the courier immediately.

​Returns Policy
Every care is taken to ensure that all finished pieces are renovated to a very high standard with love and attention and I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However given that all my products are vintage, upcycled pieces they may have signs of age and historical charm.
Commissioned pieces unfortunately cannot be returned.
Returns can be made within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the safe shipping and cost of returning the item to me. It must be wrapped and protected to the same standard as it was shipped to you to prevent any damage in transit. It must be returned using a specialist furniture courier service.
If the item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours.
